As a Prime KLYPIST subscriber, all services booked and paid for through the KLYP App are covered by the KLYP Peace of Mind Guarantee.  Services not booked and paid for through the KLYP App are not covered.  By processing your services through KLYP, both the KLYPIST and the client have the Million-dollar insurance.  Damage to the KLYPIST’s property is not covered under this Professional Liability Coverage.

If a Client does not like how a service turns out, that is not a liability claim.  Please work with your client to reach an agreeable resolution.
