Even if you (the KLYPIST) think no claim is likely, but are concerned that a claim will occur, please complete an “Incident Report”.

The form can be obtained by submitting a customer service support ticket titled “Incident Report” through the “Support” section of the “More” tab on the app (see screenshots below). Providing this information helps us protect both you as the KLYPIST and the client or injured person by notifying the insurance company when things are still fresh in your mind.  If a claim does occur, the incident report will provide the information necessary to start the process.
